Meet Our Norwood Dentist
John T. Michaels, D.D.S.
I was born in Cleveland, Ohio. In high school, I was recruited by several colleges for football and decided to play for Boston College. There, I played linebacker for 4 years majoring in chemistry and graduating with honors. After college, I then returned to Ohio to attend Ohio State University Dental School. My time at Boston College lead me to appreciate all that Boston had to offer, so I returned to start my practice in Norwood, MA. Having taken over 1000 hours of advanced education in dentistry, covering cosmetics, implants, endodontics, periodontics and orthodontics, enables me to offer the best possible care using the latest dental concepts and technologies to provide state of the art service in a friendly comfortable environment. The opportunity to help people overcome their fear of dentistry, improve their health and being selected as best dental practice in the area for 14 years certainly makes my work meaningful and enjoyable. Five children, two cats and a dog keep my wife and I busy but we still find time for cross country skiing and biking during the year.
